This page is dedicated to teaching individuals the ancient knowledge of Yoga. Yoga is more than just a series of postures or a fitness routine. In fact, Yogic knowledge entails a series of schools that journey you into levels of spirituality and expand your consciousness. The Yogic path teaches a person how to interact in all aspects of their life and to achieve inner peace and to find balance.

What is Yoga?

I would love to hear your stories about yoga and your journeys. Also, if you have any questions, I am on here every day and am available to answer questions and give advice. My training consists of the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, which is called Eight Limbed Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is sometimes referred to as Power Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga. I have been teaching Yoga since 2003 and am an Experienced Yoga Teacher with well over 2,500 hours of teaching experience. I trained with well known teachers Lenessa Shantaya (Director of  Ithaca Yoga School ) and Anna Ferguson (Director of World Peace Yoga), in Cincinnati, Ohio at Tymless Health Holistic Teacher Training Institute. I currently hold the 200 Hour EYT Certificate.
